- Do you sell X, Y or Z?
Betapak aims to become the supplier of choice for every business and institution on the Isle of Wight, for ALL their business supply needs, other than their specialist raw materials.
We carry approximately 10,000 lines in stock and have rapid access to over 100,000 more products, many available for next-day delivery.
Tell us what you're looking for - we are a can-do company: we try to never say no. We enjoy trying to exceed customers' expectations.
- Where and when will you deliver?
We deliver Island-wide Monday to Friday from our own fleet of vehicles.
The majority of products are delivered the next working day, however if your order is received in time and we have the products available from stock, we can often arrange a SAME DAY delivery.
We also offer daily deliveries in many south central towns - contact us for more details.
- Do you offer credit accounts?
People use Betapak because Time Is Money!
We want to you to benefit from One Order - One Delivery - One Invoice. Take the time saved and invest it running and improving your own business rather than chasing around after multiple suppliers, driving out to the cash and carry or spending time buried under a mound of invoices.
To this end we are pleased to offer account facilities to established Island businesses. Contact us for an application.
- Can you repair my coffee machine?
Our in-house engineering specialists offer a repair service for a huge number of machines. We can source and order replacement parts and offer a fast turnaround so that you have your machine up and running in the timeliest fashion.
We also offer service contracts and preventative maintentance agreements to help keep your equipment in good working order, and undertake PAT and pressure testing. Our filter and sanitisation service keeps your product safe and tasting great!
- Can you advise me which cleaning products I need?
Faced with a bewildering array of cleaning and janitorial products, how can you be sure that you're using the most appropriate and cost-effective product for the job?
Betapak's product specialists know all about the ranges we supply, and their intended use in premises across the Island including schools, hotels, restaurants, care homes and so on.
We can help you choose the right product for the job and avoid waste. We can supply COSHH summary sheets for all of our products, and even offer staff training should this be required.
- I need my company details printing onto carriers ... can you do this?
Helping you to create brand awareness on any item, Betapak can arrange for your logo, contact details (or whatever you like!) to be printed onto a wide range of items - from carrier bags to cardboard boxes, pens to labels, tape to napkins, umbrellas to USB sticks.
Whatever your promotional or branded item requirements, speak to Betapak as we have lots of experience in this field.
- Can I collect my order?

With over 10,000 product lines in stock, chances are that we have just what you need. Call ahead to check stock and we'll have your order ready for when you arrive. Or pop along and see what we have to offer!
Conveniently situated in Rookley, just outside Newport and central to the whole Island, we have a warm welcome waiting! We accept cash, cheques and pre-agreed credit account sales.
Alternatively, don't forget our next day delivery service.
- Do you deal in secondhand office furniture?
Betapak supplies and fits new and used office, reception, shop and catering furniture.
We carry an ever-changing selection of good quality used furniture alongside our new furniture showroom in Rookley. Why not check what we currently have in stock, or arrange to come over and look around?
We are also interested to hear of unwanted furniture for sale, and offer removal and clearance services.
- Are there any jobs going at the moment?
Betapak are always interested to hear from exceptional people with a great attitude that can work to our company Statement of Purpose every day.
We often recruit apprentices and offer work experience through local training agencies.
